Day 1 Arrival
Flight to Rome
Transfer to the hotel, check-in, free time in the picturesque neighborhood of Trastevere, dinner and overnight
The holiday spirit in Rome is a cheerful one – all streets, from the palace-lined to the nooks and crannies are usually donned with twinkling garlands, boughs and bows of all sorts, and signs sporting Buon Natale and Buone Feste (Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays).
Day 2 Rome
Mornig: St. Peter and the Angelus prayer Visit of St. Peter Basilica: built over Constantine’s, is the expression of the will of the Popes of the Renaissance, who availed themselves of the work of the greatest artists of their time, such as Bramante, Michelangelo, Bernini and Maderno. Along a path of art, faith and spirituality, visitors will admire the magnificence of the building, walk down the naves, visit the chapels, and admire the beauty of the works of art, which include Michelangelo’s Pietà.
The group remain at Saint Peter's Square for the Angelus prayer.
Afternoon: Departure to Senigallia
Senigallia (Marche Region) Situated on the Adriatic coast at the mouth of the Misa River, it is among the most renowned Adriatic seaside resorts thanks to its "velvet beach" which for over a decade now has been awarded a Blue Flag each year.
Check in at Hotel Raffaello.
Relax time at the Hotel’s Wellness Center or may be having a walk in the historical city center… or may along the seaside, for a nice walk with glimpses of sea and hills
Dinner time: get lost in the beautiful streets of Senigallia city center and choose the restaurant with the atmosphere that suits you best
Day 3 Frasassi Caves and Wine Testing Experience
Morning: Visit to Frasassi Caves
After breakfast, departure to Frasassi
You can easily imagine yourself to be in a Jules Verne novel as you travel through the Frasassi caves, Italy's largest and most famous complex cave system. Dating as far back as 180 million years ago and extending for 35 km, this subterranean world of calcareous rock formations first opened to the public in 1974, and visitor numbers have just passed the ten million marks: that’s an impressive average of 256,400 people each year.
Just over 13 Km of the caverns have been fully explored and of this 1.5km has been turned into a public gallery of vast proportions. The caves have an average humidity of 90% and a constant temperature of 14°C, making the tour quite pleasant as you are escorted along spacious pathways into the crystalline paradise complete with theatrical lighting to enhance your experience.
Afternoon: Transfer to a local Winery for Wine testing
Marche wine region has long been considered one of the most popular tourist destinations in Italy. This area has indeed a lot of attractive features: the numerous beautiful old towns, hills and mountains of the Apennines that embrace long beaches on the Adriatic Sea. However, it is still undiscovered territory for wine lovers. And you will have a taste of it driving through vineyards of the Marche wine region, stretching on the hills and surrounding medieval villages and stopping at our selected “Cantina”

Day 4 Gubbio and Candelara, the magic of Christmas
Departure from Senigallia to Gubbio
Morning: Visit to the city of Christmas
Gubbio is home to the world’s largest Christmas tree, a 2,000-meter tree that climbs the slopes of Mount Ingino.
The small medieval town of Gubbio boasts massive holiday decorations and it is beautiful to enjoy free time to sightsee and shop in Gubbio’s old town: the artistic projections on the facades of the historic center, the Ferris Panoramic Wheel, Santa's Slit, the Christmas Market, The Life Size Nativity and much more

Afternoon: Departure to Candelara for the Christmas Market and the magic of its candles
Visit Candelara: the village of Candelara has ancient origins. Small and charming suburb of the town of Pesaro, it offers a striking landscape rich in history, culture and art.
This charming village has become famous in the world thanks to the Christmas market “Candles in Candelara”. This unique event combines the charm of a medieval village to the enchanting atmosphere created by thousands of lit flames replacing artificial lights. (17:30 lightning)
